This guarantee applies only to your first subscription with Prime IPTV Plan and does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions. To be eligible, you must not have violated our Terms of Service.

3.2. Major Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using a significant portion of the Service, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 48-72 hours after being reported), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Eligibility will be determined based on the nature and duration of the issue. This does not cover issues arising from your internet connection, device compatibility (where requirements are clearly stated), or third-party software not provided by Prime IPTV Plan.

3.3. Accidental Renewal or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe an unauthorized charge or an accidental renewal has occurred, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the claim. For accidental renewals, refund requests must typically be made within 48 hours of the charge, provided the Service has not been significantly used during that period.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • After the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired (for new subscriptions).
  • For partial subscription periods or unused portions of your subscription if you decide to cancel after the initial 7-day guarantee period.
  • If you have violated our Terms of Service, leading to suspension or termination of your account.
  • Dissatisfaction with the content library (e.g., specific channels or VOD availability), as content can change and is subject to licensing. We encourage users to utilize any available free trial to assess content before subscribing.
  • Issues caused by your local setup, including but not limited to: slow internet speed, incompatible devices (unless misadvertised by us), VPN issues not related to our service, or misconfigured user equipment.
  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date (outside the scope of accidental renewals addressed in section 3.3).
  • Promotional offers, discounted plans, or trial periods (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms).

6. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider. We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
